| A water based, acrylic or acrylic/PVA co-polymer emulsion type, pigmented sealer for interior gypsum wallboard, plaster and concrete surfaces to be coated with a multi colored finishing system. This primer /sealer is not recommended for use over glossy or hard enamel surfaces. In these cases, MPI # 46 Enamel Undercoat or # 17 Latex Plastic Primer are more appropriate. In some systems the primer sealer is tinted and used as the base color coat. Application includes using brushes, rollers, and airless and conventional spray equipment. | ||||
